Ingredients
1 Red Capsicum1 Yellow/Green Capsicum
1 Red Onion
Olive Oil
1 Packet of Tomato, Onion and Basil Sausages
Bamboo Skewers
BBQ Vegetable Kebabs

- Soak skewers in water for approx. 15 minutes before threading ingredients on to prevent burning while cooking
- Roughly chop onion and capsicums into approx. 2-3cm squares
- Slice Tomato, onion and basil sausages into 1cm lengths
- Drain the skewers and alternately thread the Sausage, Capsicum and Onion onto the skewers
- Heat a stovetop on medium heat. Brush the skewers lightly with olive oil and cook, turning skewers occasionally.
- Cook until sausages are lightly browned and vegies are tender and golden.
