Ingredients
1 Tbs Olive Oil2 Carrots
½ Lettuce
1 Salad Onion
2 Tomatoes
Mayonnaise
4 Bread Rolls
1 packet of Australian Eatwell Mixed Vegetable Burgers
Mixed Vegetable Burger

- Prepare fillings. Slice tomato, lettuce and onion. Peel and grate carrot.
- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a fry pan over medium to high heat and cook the burgers, for 3-4 minutes each side
- Top bun base with vegie patty, tomato, onion, lettuce, mayonnaise and bun top
