Ingredients
1 x 250g packet White Quinoa½ cup Greek style yogurt
¾ cup fresh berries (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)
1 tablespoon chopped pistachio nuts
1 tablespoon almonds
Quinoa Creamy Yogurt and Fresh Red Berries

1. Divide the Quinoa between two serving bowls and fluff the grain with a fork.
2. Spoon half the yogurt and half the berries onto each bowl.
3. Sprinkle with pistachio nuts and almonds and serve.
