Ingredients
- 1 Australian Eatwell Lentil Burger- 1 medium tomato, sliced into 8ths
- 1 small avocado, skinned and sliced into cubes
- Half a red onion, sliced
- One handful of spinach leaves
- Hummus, optional
- Salt and pepper
Simple Lentil Burger Salad

Fully vegetarian salad is easy to make and is perfect for a light meal or snack. Very low on calories but also filling, can be cooked in less than 20 minutes and serves one person, for additional people double the below ingredients.
Method
- Before beginning slice burger into strips the help when cooking.
- Fry lentil burger in fry pan over medium heat, once cooked set aside.
- Mix the sliced tomato, avocado, onion and spinach on a plate, top with sliced lentil burger.
