Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons of paprika- 1 teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of cumin
- ½ teaspoon of coriander
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of crushed garlic
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- 2x 500g of Simply Better Foods Organic Tofu
- 2/3 cup of plain yogurt (optional)
Tandoori Tofu Recipe

Method:
- Combine paprika, salt, cumin, coriander, and turmeric in a bowl. In a frypan heat oil and add garlic, lime juice and spice mixture. Cook for about 1 minute and then remove from heat.
- Slice tofu block crossways into patty sizes and brush with the above mixture and sprinkle with a little salt.
- In a pan cook tandoori tofu pieces for 2 to 3 minutes
- Serve with yogurt
Additional Information:
Best to be served with a salad or vegetables, can also be grilled instead of cooked in a pan and is completely vegetarian.
