Ingredients
2 cups of plain flour2 cups of white sugar
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of water
1 cup of vegetable oil
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Vegan Brownie Recipe

- Preheat oven to 180 C
- In a large bowl stir together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Pour in water, vegetable oil and vanilla. Mix together until well blended.
- In a baking pan spread mixture evenly.
- Bake for 30 minutes in oven. Take out and let cool for 15 minutes before cutting.
