  1. Pre-heat oven to 180c.
  2. Place bases onto heated baking trays.
  3. Spread bases with Fresh Vegie Pasta Sauce, top with slices of buffalo mozzarella, oregano and olives.
  4. Cook until melted and crisp crust has formed.
  5. To serve, scatter with rocket lettuce.

100g Buffalo Mozzarella Cheese sliced
300g Kalamata Olives
2 sprigs fresh Oregano
200g Rocket Lettuce
