  1. Sauté onion, sweet potato, celery, carrot and rosemary.
  2. Add red wine and garlic. Reduce liquid by half.
  3. Add lentils, stock and Fresh Vegie Pasta Sauce. Cook until tender and thickened.

2 x 250g packets of Fresh Vegie Pasta Sauce – Mushroom, Garlic & Rosemary
250g Green Lentils rinsed.
2 small Onions
4 sprigs Rosemary
Salt & Pepper
1 large Sweet Potato diced
3 cups Vegetable Stock or Water
4 sticks of Celery diced
1 Bay Leaf
1 cup Red Wine
2 Carrots diced
