  1. Finley chop coriander and combine with the red onion, salt, pepper, small chilli, juice of lime and roughly mashed avocado.
  2. For bean mix, sauté onion and capsicum until tender.
  3. Add beans, Fresh Vegie Pasta Sauce and salt & pepper. Simmer.
  4. Place corn chips on platter, top with bean mix, scatter with cheese and guacamole and bake 10 minutes until melted.

250g packet Fresh Vegie Pasta Sauce - Mushroom, Garlic & Rosemary
215g bag Corn Chips
250g grated Tasty Cheese
½ bunch Coriander
1 small red Onion finely diced
½ small Chilli (optional)
1 Lime juiced
1 ripe Avocado mashed
1 tin Kidney Beans strained
1 Red Capsicum
1 small Brown Onion diced
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
