- Finley chop coriander and combine with the red onion, salt, pepper, small chilli, juice of lime and roughly mashed avocado.
- For bean mix, sauté onion and capsicum until tender.
- Add beans, Fresh Vegie Pasta Sauce and salt & pepper. Simmer.
- Place corn chips on platter, top with bean mix, scatter with cheese and guacamole and bake 10 minutes until melted.
